We are now looking for an HR Assistant for our headquarters in Södermalm, Stockholm. We are located near Medborgarplatsen with good transport connections. At the headquarters, the CEO, Quality Manager, HR Manager, Finance Manager, Accounting Economist, and Controller work together.

The position is 75 - 100% and starts with a probationary period. We offer the possibility to work some time remotely, but your main working hours will be at the headquarters and occasionally at our units.

Responsibilities

As an HR Assistant with us, you will work in a broad role with administrative tasks in many systems while coaching managers and maintaining contact with employees. You will report to the HR Manager but will closely collaborate with everyone at the headquarters and all unit managers. Your tasks will include:

• Internal communication: Writing and creating content for our intranet and social media
• Advising managers: For example, in rehabilitation and personnel matters.
• Training administration: Managing participant lists and booking conference rooms for training and meetings.
• Marketing materials: Ordering promotional products for various marketing initiatives.
• Recruitment: Managing our recruitment system, recruitment templates, and our collaboration with Gocare and Jobtip.
• Personnel administration: Handling employment contracts, responding to inquiries from the Social Insurance Agency and the Enforcement Authority, and answering questions from our employees about sick pay, vacation days, etc. Generating statistics and managing our car portal.

Profile and background

To succeed in this role, we believe you are structured, service-oriented, and meticulous. You are responsible, have good communication skills, and can maintain focus even when the pace is high. In this role, you will interact with many people, so we believe you enjoy building relationships and collaborating with high engagement and joy at work.

We are looking for someone who has

• University or college degree in HR/PA/PAO
• Excellent ability to express yourself well, both in writing and verbally in Swedish
• Good familiarity with systems and experience with the Office package
• Experience in HR administrative tasks
